We are a Canadian company located in Mackenzie, British Columbia (In the Pacific Time Zone) and have been buying and selling AB PLC parts since early 2001.

All PLC products that we sell are tested here in our shop and anything that we are not set up to test is sent out to a recognized CSA/ UL test shop in Prince George, BC. If an item is new and has a factory seal on the package we do not open the seal but sell the product as new. If a customer wants we will open the seal and test the item before shipping, but the new product price will apply.

We offer a full 12 month warranty on all items that we sell, but as anyone who uses AB PLC equipment know the failure rates are very low (less than 1%). Because of this low failure rate of Allen Bradley PLC equipment, we have had to do warranty on only a small number of items. Please read our statement of Limited Liability and Warranty.

We carry PLC5 - SLC and ControlLogix products in stock. If an item is not in stock and depending upon which items that you may require, it may take up to 20 days for us to receive and test and ship to you. Please check back often or email us for information on what is coming.

We also carry a quality line of LED REPLACEMENT BULBS bulbs in stock.
Our prices are half of what most AB distributors charge for AB LED Bulbs.
If you are looking for a bulb that is not listed - email us the specs and we will have our supplier look into it for you.

We ship by various carriers as specified by you the customer. Inside Canada we usually use DHL or Purolator. For international/ Overseas shipments we have access to UPS, FedEx, TNT and DHL. We will be glad to provide you with a quote for your shipments before the package leaves our warehouse. If you have an account with a shipping company and a broker set up to receive international shipments we can ship collect to you on your account.

Please understand that overnight or 2 day international delivery by any carrier from our location is a myth.

In order to get the fastest delivery by any local or international carrier, we need to know before NOON, PST on the day you wish us to ship.

For FedEx deliveries we must have the package into the depot in Prince George by 10 AM PST in order for it to be on its way to the FedEx depot in Vancouver that day. Allow 1 to 5 business days to reach international/ USA customers after the package arrives at the FedEx depot in Vancouver and clears all Customs.

Paypal:
If you wish to use Paypal to pay for an order we will have to add a 3.5% charge since Paypal charges 3.5% for their services.

Because of the high cost of being able to accept credit cards over the phone or over the Internet:
WE DO NOT accept credit cards for payment.

A purchase order from ALL purchasers is required for our records for taxation purposes.
Once you are setup in our system we will extend appropriate credit terms for your company.

Companies inside of British Columbia requesting the BC PST "Production and machinery exemption" must supply us with a valid BC PST exemption number or certificate for our records.
